You will drive top‑line growth by building referral relationships across the Lowcountry. This high‑visibility role requires professionalism, consistency, and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a structured business development plan (daily/weekly activity targets)
Develop referral relationships with:
Insurance agents and adjusters
Property managers and facility contacts
Plumbers, HVAC, roofers, GCs, and other trade partners
Represent the company at local networking events and industry associations
Track outreach, referrals, and conversion metrics (CRM/weekly reporting)
Coordinate handoffs with operations/production to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in business development/sales (restoration/insurance/construction/property services is a major plus)
Strong communication, follow‑up discipline, and professional presence
Local Charleston‑area familiarity and relationships preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
Ability to travel locally for relationship‑building
Base salary: $45,000–$65,000/year (based on experience)
4–6% commission on closed business; typical total earnings $45,000–$105,000 OTE
Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role‑dependent)
