
We’re looking for a data-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. You’ll manage budgets, analyze performance, and scale campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta's platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
Allocate and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and hit performance goals
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed optimizations (bids, budgets, creatives, targeting)
Analyze metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
A/B test ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve results
Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
Experience managing and optimizing six-figure (or scalable) ad budgets is a plus
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
