Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications
Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
Results oriented, metrics driven
1+ years of Sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitaskMust be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
MindBody Software experience a plus
