
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior program and business operations leader to drive cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, and Finance. This role owns program governance, tooling, financial visibility, and OKR alignment—bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to complex, multi‑team initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead cross‑org programs by establishing consistent planning, execution, and reporting processes
Drive operational excellence through metrics, -dashboards, and continuous process improvement
Own cadence-based stakeholder and leadership reviews, clearly communicating status, risks, and dependencies
Configure and manage Jira workflows, automations, and reporting to support Product and Engineering teams
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, capitalization (CapEx/OpEx), and cost optimization
Manage vendor and contractor tracking to ensure financial and delivery commitments are met
Translate company strategy and OKRs into measurable program goals and execution plans
PR: $20-$25/hr

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or business operations within technology organizations
Proven partnership with Product and Engineering teams, including portfolio planning, intake, and OKRs
Experience standardizing governance and execution processes across multiple teams
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capitalization workflows, and vendor management
Advanced experience with Jira and related tooling (Confluence, Smartsheet, Clarity), including automations
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
Experience managing end-to-end program and delivery lifecycles
Experience building dashboards and BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or SQL
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
