Role and Responsibilities Our capabilities span more than 14,000 employees in over 200 locations around the world—and counting. The Twin Cities area is home to more than 300 of our professionals, and our local office is in the St. Louis Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. We are seeking a marketing coordinator for our marketing team to support the Minnesota/Wisconsin area in the North Central region power, industrial, and waste markets. This individual will work in our local office under the guidance of our Resources Business Group area marketing lead.
Support responses to client requests for proposal in accordance with our pursuit process and internal policies
Update and maintain our data marketing systems, with a strong focus on project descriptions, staff resume information, forecast details
Create marketing collateral – including print, digital, and social – utilizing existing templates and brand standards
Source, refine, and manage data, working with local and national marketing, client development, and technical staff
Support client development planning and implementation
Distill and shape information into an on-brand voice for written content including copy provided by technical staff
Support conference activities under guidance from the local external marketing lead, as needed
Help maintain proposal and presentation materials
Generate, prepare, and administer relevant reports
Support planning of large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)
Preferred Qualifications Ability and desire to engage with others in-person.
An understanding of the A/E/C industry
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
