Seeking Vice President, Creative for High-Growth Technology Company TorchLight Hire is seeking a Vice President, Creative to lead brand vision, creative strategy, and execution for a rapidly scaling Arlington, VA–based technology company.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this executive will own the company’s brand system end-to-end as it enters a major brand refresh and accelerated growth phase. This leader will partner with an external agency to define the refreshed identity, then bring the brand in-house and operationalize it across the organization.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic creative executive who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building scalable systems, and can translate complex, technical capabilities into sophisticated visual storytelling.

Role Responsibilities

Lead the company’s brand refresh initiative in partnership with an external agency

Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all channels

Translate agency-developed brand systems into practical internal standards, templates, assets, and governance processes

Lead creative strategy and execution across website and digital presence, ensuring alignment with refreshed brand identity

Oversee experiential and environmental design for trade shows, industry events, and major company activations

Oversee development of sales collateral and product marketing materials that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling visual narratives

Lead strategy and execution for video initiatives, including brand storytelling, product demos, executive messaging, and event content

Direct the daily operations of the internal creative studio, ensuring high-quality output across design, production, and video

Influence and implement scalable creative operations processes and tools

Skills and Experience

10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, ideally within high-growth technology, SaaS, defense tech, or agency environments

Demonstrated experience leading brand architecture and identity systems

Impressive portfolio showcasing brand development, sophisticated design systems, and high-quality, multi-channel marketing materials

Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating at the executive level

Proven ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Operational discipline in managing workflows, budgets, vendors, and deadlines

Builder mindset with comfort creating structure and governance in evolving environments
