The Marketing and Events Coordinator serves as the brand voice for Denver Union Station’s Captive F&B digital communication channels, introducing new and creative ways to reach audiences. The role creates digital marketing campaigns, manages social media, and supports marketing events. The Coordinator works with the Director of Marketing and collaborates across restaurant partners to produce engaging content.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage social media for Terminal Bar, Press, Cooper Lounge, Pigtrain, Milkbox and Baumé, and assist with social media for Denver Union Station as needed. Create content, production, posting, and online conversations across the station’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Attend meetings and interface with different restaurants to gather information and content.
Maintain brand voice and build engagement among various social channels.
Stay up to date on social trends and explore new methods to capitalize on marketing opportunities.
Assist with updating the station’s and other Sage entities’ websites by editing and creating new content.
Manage holiday and area events calendar on property websites.
Help execute Denver Union Station marketing events, including communication with talent and entertainment (and occasional booking duties).
Be onsite as needed for marketing events.
Shared responsibility for Denver Union Station newsletter management with the Director of Marketing.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage the Denver Union Station email inbox; act as customer service representative by responding to inquiries, customer complaints, social media feedback, etc.
Manage lighting and lighting requests of Union Station building.
Monitor chatter across social media and digital PR outlets.

Experience One+ year(s) of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s). Some graphic design experience preferred. Previous event management experience a plus.

Requires a significant amount of repetitive motion for typing on a keyboard.
Environment General office and hotel environment. Working under fluorescent lighting.
