Develop Creative Strategy : Create comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning across all marketing channels and customer touch points
Lead Creative Teams : Manage, mentor, and inspire creative professionals including graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, and digital specialists
Oversee Creative Production : Direct the development of creative assets from concept through completion, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and on-time delivery
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Partner with marketing directors, product managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into creative solutions
Brand Stewardship : Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all creative materials and marketing initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of creative leadership experience with 3+ years in a director-level role
Proven track record
