
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

The Head Spa Sanctuary is seeking a full-time, in-house Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing brand. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and motivated individual who loves social media, content creation, design, and email marketing, and wants to grow within a collaborative, high-energy environment.
This position works closely with leadership, our in-house photographer/videographer, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives, content calendars, email campaigns, website updates, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Execution
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Follow content calendars and campaign direction provided by leadership
Stay current on social media trends and assist in adapting them on-brand
Assist with capturing content on-site as needed
Email Marketing
Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns through our booking software
Align email campaigns with ongoing social media campaigns and promotions
Send newsletters and promotional emails on a consistent schedule
Analyze email performance (opens, clicks, engagement) and provide insights
Design & Creative Support
Create marketing materials in Canva (flyers, brochures, signage, promotions, digital graphics)
Support campaign launches and seasonal promotions with creative assets
Maintain consistent branding and visual standards
Content Creator & Community Support
Assist with content creator scheduling, communications, and follow-up
Help coordinate content creator visits and content expectations
Support local outreach and community partnerships
Website Support
Make approved website updates (services, promotions, new offerings)
Coordinate with website designer to implement new pages or changes
Assist in planning website content for campaigns, services, or events
Events & Group Marketing Support
Assist with marketing and coordination for spa events and brand activations
Support outreach for corporate retreats and large group bookings (20+ guests)
Help organize marketing assets and communications for events
Attend weekly leadership content strategy meetings (with in-house photographer/videographer)
Participate in biweekly meetings with Meta ads expert to align on ad performance
Work closely with leadership and internal teams to stay aligned on campaigns
Keep content calendars, assets, and deadlines highly organized
Communicate proactively and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Experience managing social media accounts (personal, brand, or small business)
Strong Canva skills and an eye for design
Basic video editing experience
Experience with email campaigns (any platform; ours is template-driven and easy to learn)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Creative, trend-aware, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in-person and collaborating with a team
Compensation & Growth
Salary: $38,000–$40,000 annually
Hours: Full-time, in-person
