Overview Job Purpose Intercontinental Exchange is hiring a Digital Media Planning Coordinator to support our Media planning and marketing operations function. This role will focus on coordinating paid media operations, including reporting, vendor communication, placement coordination and execution, and analytic insight across our paid media network of partners. This role requires a candidate that has experience in cross vendor reporting, data validation, media data interpretation, and digital media placement tactics. We seek a candidate that is highly detailed oriented, loves structure and analysis, and can turn data into clear business takeaways. This role will play a key supporting function for our marketing campaigns across Intercontinental Exchange, including coordination of traffic management, specification organization, asset tracking, and other marketing operations needs.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics (50%)

Coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting across numerous paid media vendors.

Train team members and provide ongoing support for reporting tools and updates to reporting systems.

Organize, collect, and maintain reporting templates to collect 3rd party data according to data requirements; review reporting across a variety of sources and tools to ensure accuracy (correct campaign mapping, identification of inaccurate data, clean taxonomies, etc.).

Analyze media performance data and identify meaningful trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly outline analysis and outcomes of media planning activities.

Maintain reporting views across multiple business lines, channels, and campaign objectives.

Vendor & Cross Functional‑Support (25%)

Coordinate vendor reporting questions, discrepancies, and data clarifications.

Validate digital media assets align to vendor specifications.

Analyze media orders to ensure accuracy to plans.

Flag issues early and collaborate with strategists to resolve inconsistencies in reporting or specifications.

Maintain clean documentation of vendor processes, SLAs, and reporting requirements.

Track and remedy recurring data issues, vendor corrections, and SLA adherence.

Media Strategy Support (25%)

Assist marketing teammates with campaign‑related organization such as:

Gathering creative specs

Managing link/UTM accuracy

Organizing campaign inputs and timelines

Updating project management tools

Rotating collateral and materials for placement

Analyze spend and budget considerations

Ensure marketers have the most up‑to‑date information for launches, reporting, budget reallocation/placement shifts, EOY planning.

Knowledge and Experience

2+ years of experience in digital media, media planning, reporting, analytics, traffic management, or related operations/coordinator role.

Familiarity with paid media channels (trade publications, social, search, programmatic, native, etc.).

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Previous experience in analyzing CRM data in systems such as Salesforce.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, QA checks).

Experience working with multiple vendors and managing competing deadlines.

Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and presentation-friendly narratives.

Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication skills and comfort following up with external partners.

Ability to support workflows across multiple projects and functions.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Familiarity with monday.com, Google Analytics, Google ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Understanding UTMs, naming conventions, and marketing taxonomy.

Exposure to B2B or multi-line business structures.

Previous project management experience.

New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 – 105,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
