Our Boston based professional services client is looking for an onsite Graphic Designer for an immediate full time contract starting this month and going until July 2026; this role is onsite 3 days a week in Boston and remote 2 days a week. You'll be supporting multiple locations for the company but work primarily with the Boston creative team on projects across integrated marketing campaigns and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design and oversee production of print materials and digital marketing graphics including, but not limited to: logos, events, annual reports, invitations, posters and signage, booth graphics, email, web assets, social media graphics, infographics, advertisements, case studies, PowerPoint templates and presentations.

Maintain overall brand identity

Work with teams to develop concepts and materials to assist in business development efforts.

Work with print vendors to secure quotes and ensure project/color quality

Work across multiple departments including: the communications team and marketing and eents.

Lead projects from concept to launch including coordinating, collaborating, and liaising between business development and key internal stakeholders.

Ensure that all projects are delivered in the brand and company voice

Craft unique visual stories and digital experiences that engage audiences through interactive storytelling.

Create clean, high-fidelity comps and visual design assets that span across multiple mediums and platforms

Lead and collaborate with team members to solve business objectives

Oversee designs through the review process, collect and incorporate edits through multiple iterations until project completion.

Complete basic photo editing and retouching as needed

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in graphic/visual design in a professional services industry ideally.

Expert with design and layout concepts, typography, color management, and finding/using stock photography.

Skills in color palette construction, iconography, and infographics.

An eagerness to bring content and ideas to life through digital and print designs.

Any animation and motion graphic knowledge are a plus here!

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Adaptive design eye and skill.

Ability to quickly absorb and apply constructive criticism.

Effective problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize and translate business objectives into finished creative products.

A general understanding of press production, pre-press procedure, and specifications.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Operate with a high degree of independence while also being a collaborative member of a creative team.

Ability to work under pressure and across multiple projects under tight deadlines

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project quality and deadlines.

Proven project management skills, including the ability to accurately estimate time required for project completion and the ability to appropriately align resources to ensure successful execution.

Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Fluency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Creative Cloud).

Experience with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Experience with Ceros/other comparable visual interactive design programs.
