
Title: Paid Media Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in New York, NY 10003
Duration: 2 Years Contract with possible extension
PR: $33.00/hr on W2
The Role The Paid Media Coordinator will be part of the Subscriber Acquisition team, focused on Upper Funnel media for Original content like Euphoria, House of the Dragon, and many more titles. The Upper Funnel Media team develops bespoke campaigns for each title, rooted in data to create meaningful demand and cultural impact that leads to efficient subscriber acquisition. The Paid Media Coordinator will work closely with a Director/Sr Manager and Strategist on all projects while reporting to the Sr. Director.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist in bringing the strategy of a campaign to life through media partner evaluation, creative delivery, and in-flight reporting and optimizations
Develop and manage campaign planning timelines, including helping to set any necessary review meetings with internal stakeholders and capture feedback for the team
Help with development of campaign deliverables such as decks, flowcharts, and more to help bring the story of the campaign to life in a way that is digestible for partner teams
Partner closely with external media agency on day-to-day workflow and prioritization
Track campaign budgets as plan develops and through actualizations
Work closely with internal investment teams on tactical planning and creative needs across all bid based platforms
Partner with agency, creative, and investment teams on the asset delivery and trafficking process to ensure all placements are executed as planned
Operate as a dependable point of contact for Originals Marketing team, being able to clearly communicate creative needs and in-flight optimizations
Stay informed of new partners or product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry news that could have impact to strategy
Requirements
Experience in media planning and/or entertainment is a plus, including internships and studies
Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic
A natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams
Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities
Must be proficient in Excel, experience in Looker and/or Monday.com is also valuable to this role
Reasonable availability to respond to requests related to the real-time needs of campaigns outside normal business hours.
Willingness and flexibility to "pitch in" with various ad-hoc projects to help support the larger team.
Clear communicator who can translate strategy into action.
