Ecommerce Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy Ecommerce Marketing Manager who is also a skilled graphic designer. You’ll manage our online store Shopify Plus B2B wholesale store https://petpalettedistribution.com/, develop and run digital marketing campaigns, and create eye‑catching visuals that support our brand. You should be comfortable analyzing performance data, updating product pages, running ads, building emails, and designing graphics for web, social, and promotions. This position will also be involved with product and packaging design as well as creating sales materials for our direct salesforce. What You’ll Do
Create graphics for ads, email, and social media. Run paid ads and track performance. Develop and schedule email campaigns. Produce consistent branding across platforms including managing a large product image library Help shape overall marketing and digital strategy. What You Bring
Own the ecommerce function to drive scalable revenue growth across all digital channels. Manage design projects from concept through final production. Oversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, emerging platforms). Report on KPIs, identify insights, and present recommendations to leadership. Experience with Shopify Plus or similar. Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva). Great communication and ability to multitask. Able to work under timeline and due dates. Qualifications
3–7+ years experience in ecommerce or digital marketing. Demonstrated success ad budgets and scaling online revenue. Proficiency in Shopify Plus (or similar), analytics platforms, and automation tools. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. About Pet Palette
