AM Industrial is seeking a detail-driven, creativeMarketing & Graphics Coordinatorwho brings aneven blendof marketing expertise and graphic design skills. Our ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant industry experience, and is a self-starter who isn’t afraid to jump in and challenge the status quo. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports multi-channel campaign planning and execution and plays a key part in elevating brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads. Success in this position requires strong marketing capabilities, proven design experience, and a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends. Responsibilities: Marketing/Digital Marketing

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media channels.

Coordinate content publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent brand messaging.

Assist with SEO/SEM efforts and contribute to website optimization strategies.

Support lead generation and conversion campaigns, including landing page creation and form integration.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Assist with basic video editing or multimedia projects.

Social Media & Email Marketing

Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the creation and deployment of email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.

Admin/Organizational Support

Assist sales efforts by processing leads from web and paid campaigns.

Support event marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows) with digital promotional assets.

Maintain and update marketing collateral, digital asset libraries, and content management systems.

Order branded materials and promotional items.

Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule.

Maintain marketing calendars and documentation for campaigns and design assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing or a related role.

Proficient in digital marketing and design tools such as Google Ads, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Exceptional attention to detail, and excellent proofing skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
