
Bilingual Costumer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support our Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of customer service experience in a product-based, distribution, or manufacturing environment. This position focuses on customer communication and order support. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
This role requires professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, availability, and order status
Assist with order entry and coordination of shipments
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and general inquiries
Communicate effectively with internal departments such as warehouse and operations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
1–3 years of customer service experience (industry‑specific experience not required)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented, punctual, and reliable
Team player with a positive attitud
