Description The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining properties and working with community homeowners. We are looking for a Community Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and community relations.

Compensation- $70,000 + yearly bonus and all benefits, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
Prepare Annual Budget
Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
Qualifications
Working knowledge of residential community associations in New Jersey
3-5 years of experience in Community Associations
Certification in industry A+ (CMCA)
Proactive Mindset
Customer Service is a must
Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Some weekend and evening hours required
Compensation $70,000 + yearly bonus
