The Role
We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to own our events and social media programs. You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and drive pipeline and brand visibility with enterprise buyers in data and IT. What You’ll Do
Events Own strategy, logistics, and execution for 8–12 events. Drive qualified leads and build relationships with data leaders and CIOs. Track key KPIs (leads, meetings, pipeline, ROI) and optimize based on performance. Social Media Lead LinkedIn and X strategy. Create content that resonates with technical audiences, drive engagement, and build community around Syncari’s thought leadership. Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement rate, and click-throughs, using analytics to inform content decisions. Create content tailored to data, IT leaders, highlighting customer success, product innovation, and thought leadership. Digital Advertising Execute targeted LinkedIn and Google campaigns with a lean budget. Support events and social initiatives with strategic paid amplification. Optimize performance for awareness and lead generation; report on KPIs like CPL, CTR, and pipeline impact. What You’ll Bring
4–7 years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven success in events, social, and paid digital channels. Strong writing, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience engaging technical buyers and aligning with sales teams. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads. Bonus Points
