Job Title:
Client Relations Manager The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, strengthening relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting operational teams. This role plays a critical part in client retention, service optimization, and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and nurture strong, long term client relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored service and solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client support
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement
Track client issues, follow up on resolutions, and ensure timely communication
Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for leadership and clients
Support overall client success initiatives
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, customer success, or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and conflicting priorities
Problem solving mindset with a high level of professionalism
Experience working cross functionally with internal teams
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferred)
High level of organization and attention to detail
