applies experienced design skills to support the brand, marketing, trade, and product teams. In this role, the Graphic Designer creates premium, production‑ready designs across print and digital platforms, with a strong focus on the technical details of the graphic process and is excited and committed to learning new technology and improving workflows.
Our Graphic Designers elevate graphic design by delivering flawless files and operating as a trusted resource for Production Art, and serving as a key point of contact for cross‑functional teams. Success in this role requires a creative mindset, strong project‑management capabilities, and the ability to deliver inventive solutions within established brand standards while managing multiple time‑sensitive projects in a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Design
Design beautiful, premium pixel‑perfect graphics for omni‑channel marketing, brand, and sales needs; including social media, digital advertising, emails, website landing pages, catalogues, large format signage, and print marketing.
Create premium omni‑channel brand experiences with cohesive yet custom visuals across all brand needs around the globe.
Lead with a mobile first approach to plan and execute premium, unique designs and intuitive, easy‑to‑use online experiences and designs.
Create and apply animations and motion to designs and layouts.
Translate conceptual and strategic ideas into artistic graphic design solutions.
Design ambitiously, with a command of typography, composition, messaging hierarchy, and balance.
Ensure all designs accurately reflect product information.
Ensure visual brand standards are met across all projects.
Production & Project Management
Prepare, preflight, and package complex print‑ready files with a 100% accuracy rate.
Occasionally assist in light photography editing (product and lifestyle) and file formatting as needed.
Help maintain efficient workflows and documentation across the design process.
Leverage data and brand direction equally to inform strategy and solutions.
Improve process and efficiency of projects.
Successfully organize and manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment with superior attention to detail.
Maintain the highest standards and commitment to quality and detail, ensuring all work is next level.
Collaborate with other designers to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
Cultivate visual excellence and contribute to a positive team culture.
Be proactive and comfortable receiving and implementing feedback.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience, Knowledge & Education Experience
Five (5) to Eight (8) years of professional experience in graphic design; agency experience appreciated but not required.
Demonstrated success creating premium digital and print design solutions for omni‑channel brand, marketing, and sales environments.
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, brand, and sales teams, serving as a key design partner and resource.
Portfolio showcasing elevated design capabilities, including strong command of layout, typography, color, and composition.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of large‑scale print and digital file requirements, brand identity systems, and how brand elements come together to create holistic, global consumer experiences.
Knowledge of leveraging performance insights or data trends to inform creative strategy and design decisions.
Awareness of evolving trends in art, design, retail, and digital media, with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Highly creative and conceptually strong, with an ability to generate original ideas aligned to brand standards.
Exceptional attention to detail with a “pixel‑perfect,” accuracy‑driven approach to both digital and print deliverables.
Strong project management skills, including setting timelines, managing milestones, and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear and effective communicator capable of articulating design rationale to cross‑functional partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
