Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Influencer Marketing Strategist & Brand Growth Expert to lead innovative, data-driven campaigns that build authentic influencer partnerships, accelerate brand loyalty, boost audience engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media trends, and performance analytics to elevate our brand in a competitive digital landscape.
Conduct high-volume outbound cold/warm calls and emails to decision-makers at supermarkets, restaurant chains, convenience stores, and similar venues.
Effectively pitch the value of our loyalty/rewards kiosks and amusement machines, highlighting revenue-sharing opportunities, customer engagement benefits, and minimal operational impact.
Qualify prospects, overcome objections, and secure qualified appointments/meetings for senior account executives or in-person demos.
Design, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (short-form video ads, carousel posts, Stories, Reels) on TikTok and Instagram to drive awareness and inbound leads.
Create compelling ad copy, basic graphics/videos, and targeting strategies tailored to retail and hospitality audiences.
Track and report on key metrics (calls made, appointments set, ad performance, pipeline generated) using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with the marketing and senior sales team to refine messaging, follow up on digital leads, and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Stay current on industry trends in loyalty programs, customer rewards, and location-based entertainment.
