Iconic Candy is a growing, family-run consumer brand focused on reviving and re-imagining some of the most recognizable candy brands of past decades. Our work lives at the intersection of nostalgia, bold design, and modern social-first storytelling.
We’re looking for a Visual Content Designer who is equal parts designer and content creator — someone who can concept, design, and execute visual content that performs across social, digital, and brand touchpoints.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys making things, not managing agencies. You’ll partner closely with our senior marketing lead to execute visual storytelling across social, digital, and brand channels.
What You’ll Do
Design and create social‑first content (static + short‑form video) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Shoot, edit, and package short‑form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok‑style content)
Design brand assets including:
Social ads and organic posts
Web and e-commerce visuals
Sales decks and internal brand materials
Work within existing brand systems while helping evolve the visual voice
Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to turn ideas into finished content quickly
What We’re Looking For
Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma)
Comfortable creating video content — shooting, editing, and formatting for social
A strong sense of branding, typography, color, and layout
Experience designing for real‑world use, not just portfolios
Ability to manage multiple projects and move fast without sacrificing quality
Someone who enjoys both creative thinking and execution
This Role Is NOT
A purely conceptual or art‑director‑only position
A traditional print‑only graphic design role
A role focused on managing outside agencies
