PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBUS) is on the front lines of consumer connection, and media is one of its most powerful levers. As part of the Media Strategy & Investment team, you’ll help shape the way our brands show up across all media touchpoints. The group is accountable for maximizing PepsiCo's significant media investment while simultaneously identifying and applying innovative and emerging media platforms across the portfolio. The Media group also owns the day‑to‑day relationship with the media community, media agencies and ultimately serves as liaison between the media marketplace and PepsiCo's marketing department.
As Manager, Media Strategy & Investment, you’ll help lead cross‑channel media strategy and investment as part of the One Pep Media Team supporting PepsiCo US Beverages with focus on our coffee and tea brands. You’ll partner closely with brand teams, agencies and cross‑functional partners to architect integrated media plans that not only reach the right consumers, but actually resonate and deliver on the business. We're looking for someone who blends strategic vision with executional savvy, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and knows how to challenge the status quo to make bold ideas happen.
Responsibilities
Support brand media strategy: Contribute to translation of business and brand goals into media strategies that deliver reach, resonance and ROI
Lead tactical campaign planning and execution: Drive media planning for brand launches, tentpoles, and annual campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization and learnings in collaboration with agency team
Facilitate media partnerships: Evaluate, shape, and negotiate custom content programs and media partnerships alongside agency teams.
Maximize investment: Help steward PepsiCo’s media dollars to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and breakthrough outcomes
Ensure integration and collaboration: Ensure media strategy is embedded early in the creative development in concert with the brand teams and appropriate cross‑functional teams
Activate across levels: Steward national media execution and work with bottling partners to ensure local plans align with brand strategy
Analyze performance: Extract insights from media performance and apply learnings to future planning.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

6+ years of media experience required (CPG or agency background strongly preferred)
Expertise in digital and social media required: Understanding of video, audio, and programmatic also ideal
Strong organizational and project management skills
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
