Under the direction of the Director of Theatre, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing and tracking the marketing and social media plans for the GRCHS Stage Company for all three productions: a Fall Musical, a Winter Play, and a Spring Studio Theatre Production. The Marketing Coordinator will work independently and collaborate with Stage Company Staff to create promotional content across social media as well as lead advertising, targeted marketing, and PR campaigns.
ESSENTIALS DUTIES OF THE STAGE COMPANY MARKETING COORDINATOR
Work with leadership to create a mission-driven, creative, welcoming and consistent brand strategy across all marking and communication streams following GRCS guidelines.
Create and curate content across a variety of platforms to increase engagement, attendance and brand recognition.
Work with leadership to connect marketing and communications strategies to support fundraising strategies, donor engagement, sponsorship, partnerships, and community outreach.
Support all advertising campaigns, including print, web, and email.
Manage social media and email marketing campaigns, content and calendar.
Create social media and marketing content, including video and photo editing, graphic design and copywriting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a BFA or BA in Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience
Passion to work with a diverse student population from a Christian perspective
Strong skills regarding social media and email marketing; an eye for good design and aesthetics is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, communications, and organizational skills.
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends to capture social media content.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
