Key Responsibilities Call Tracking & Marketing Attribution (CallRail)
Create and manage dynamic tracking phone numbers across print, digital ads (Google, Meta), online directories, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor call performance metrics, generate attribution reports, and optimize number allocation to improve campaign visibility.
Provide leadership with data-driven insights to guide marketing investment decisions.
Social Media Management & Regional Consulting
Maintain and grow corporate social media accounts using Meta Business Suite and HubSpot tools.
Develop engaging content that supports brand awareness and lead generation.
Serve as a marketing resource to Regional Directors and Operations Managers by providing best‑practice recommendations to strengthen local social media strategy.
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase visibility and reach.
Graphic Design & Creative Development
Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Create visuals for landing pages, digital campaigns, social media promotions, and print collateral.
Support the development and refresh of corporate‑branded assets for digital and offline use.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
Website Content & SEO Optimization
Edit, update, create, and optimize content for WordPress and HubSpot‑powered landing pages.
Ensure local pages are accurate, engaging, and SEO‑optimized.
Improve on‑page performance through keyword research and content refinement.
Support digital initiatives that enhance online visibility and conversion performance.
Blog & Informational Content Development
Conduct industry research across the commercial cleaning and franchising sectors.
Develop blog posts and informational content that strengthen brand authority and search rankings.
Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives.
Email Marketing Campaigns
Perform list segmentation to support targeted industry campaigns.
Build and execute email campaigns designed to drive engagement and qualified leads.
Monitor open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion performance to improve future campaigns.
Promotions Development & Engagement Campaigns
Collaborate on the creation and execution of multi‑channel promotional campaigns.
Brainstorm and implement ideas that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Develop interactive campaigns and contests promoted through digital channels.
Video Production & Creative Storytelling
Manage end‑to‑end video projects, including script writing, shot lists, production coordination, and post‑production editing.
Coordinate internal or external talent to ensure professional execution.
Support visual storytelling efforts that enhance brand engagement.
Print Content Development
Design and produce print marketing materials including direct mail pieces, flyers, brochures, and promotional collateral.
Prepare production‑ready files for print vendors and ensure high‑quality output.
Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials.
Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, photographers, printers, and video editors.
Coordinate project timelines, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
Negotiate budgets and timelines to support efficient project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of professional marketing or creative experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop required)
Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and digital marketing tools
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and campaign analytics
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
