ACCOUNTABILITIES

Track and Maintain Customer Satisfaction

Manage existing relationships

Manage Day 2 projects and pricing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Partner closely with assigned Sales Executive(s) to support day-to-day account management and help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners through professional communication, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through.

Establish a clear cadence of project communication and status updates to keep internal teams aligned and projects moving forward.

Support customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, escalating risks early, and sharing key updates in weekly department meetings.

Create look books, budgets, and other client-ready deliverables in alignment with established standards and tools.

Prepare pricing and proposal documentation by completing specifications, pricing, discounting, and required tagging in alignment with internal standards.

Ensure order readiness and quality control by verifying specifications, documentation, and project details are accurate and complete prior to order and installation.

Support installation and service coordination by initiating required service/install documentation and supporting project close-out deliverables.

Manage key project logistics as needed to keep projects moving forward and ensure products are ready to be ordered and installed (field measures, samples, sit tests, inventories, drop shipments, and vendor/rep coordination).

Maintain a working knowledge of contract furniture products, applications, and industry developments to support effective project execution.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, design, or project management within the commercial office furniture industry or a related field.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn other systems and programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a clearly defined business process.

Capability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, allocate time, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

A resilient mindset to navigate potential changes under tight turnaround times.

Ability to serve as a resourceful problem solver: quickly clarifying the nature of a challenge, evaluating alternatives, and proposing solutions.

Skills in professional communication with a willingness to develop and invest in strong relationships with customers and team members.

Willingness to attend networking events, out-of-state industry training, and customer events.

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $70,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
