Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for wedding and event inquiries, conducting tours and completing sales contracts.

Sales and Marketing: Professionally represent and market the venue through personal tours, bridal shows, and publications to ensure a full event calendar.

Event Coordination: Work closely with vendors, prepare timelines, and ensure all details are executed flawlessly to create a stress‑free experience for couples.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting and Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract weddings and private events and prepare sales reports to track progress and results.

The role may require a flexible schedule, including late hours and physically demanding tasks, such as heavy lifting and spending long periods on your feet. The Wedding Sales Manager often works in an office setting.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; previous catering sales experience preferred.

Creativity and food\/beverage knowledge desired.

Valid driver’s license for applicable state required.

Developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills.
