Sales Executive — High-Ticket Revenue Operator Twelve Creative is a growth partner for operators in aviation, hospitality, real estate, and premium information products. We build infrastructure, positioning, and revenue systems.

We are hiring a high-level sales professional who can sell complex, high-ticket offers with intelligence and integrity.

The Role You will sell high-ticket offers across:

Private aviation programs

Info/education products

Hospitality growth programs

Real estate investment opportunities

Every offer is different. Every buyer is sophisticated.

You must be able to deeply study an offer and understand:

The economic model

The margin structure

The risk profile

The customer psychology

The long-term value

You are not just closing deals.

You are translating business into conviction.

Who You Are You think like an operator, not a salesperson.

You:

Understand business models beyond surface-level marketing

Ask precise questions

Respect time — yours and others’

Move fast without being sloppy

Care about ethics and long-term reputation

Take ownership of CRM hygiene and data accuracy

Requirements

Proven experience selling high-ticket offers ($3,000–$25,000+)

Strong ability to study and internalize new offers quickly Clean CRM management habits (no messy pipelines, no lost leads)

Clear written communication

Ethical, long-term mindset

High show-up rate from your booked calls

Clear reporting on revenue and lead movement
