Franchise Sales Executive – Realty Executives Full-Time | On-Site | Phoenix, AZ

Realty Executives is seeking a Franchise Sales Executive to help drive the growth of our brand and expand our network across key markets nationwide. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective franchisees, helping them understand the value of joining Realty Executives and supporting them throughout the entire discovery and sales process. You’ll build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, events, and inbound inquiries. From the first call to the signed agreement, you’ll provide a professional, consultative, and trusted experience that reflects the strength of the Realty Executives brand.

Your work will include delivering presentations, conducting one‑on‑one consultations, and clearly articulating the real estate industry landscape, franchise benefits, operational support, and long‑term value that our system provides. Collaboration will be essential as you partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless journey for every prospective franchisee. Staying informed on industry trends and competitive activity will help you position Realty Executives effectively as a forward‑looking choice for real estate professionals seeking true independence backed by a strong network.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Building, qualifying, and managing a strong pipeline of franchise prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals

Guiding candidates through the full franchise sales cycle, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and supportive experience

Conducting presentations and consultations that highlight the Realty Executives model, investment details, and brand advantages

Keeping detailed, accurate CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity

Representing Realty Executives at franchise expos, trade shows, and industry events

Monitoring market and competitive trends to support effective positioning and outreach strategies

Collaborating closely with marketing and operations to align messaging and ensure a cohesive candidate experience

What You Bring:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

A proven ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and close consultative or complex sales

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and timelines

A self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others succeed

At least two years of franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development experience (real estate or franchising experience is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience

Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and franchise discovery events
