Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries / order status updates
Provide information about the products, pricing, and deliveries
Coordinate production and delivery with the factory in South Korea
Enter inbound sales orders and coordinate deliveries
Document and update customer records
Communicate by phone and email with customers about pending orders
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients, and collaborate with teammates
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Any experience working in a manufacturing environment - specifically with CNC lathes and mills is an asset
Korean and Spanish skills are an asset
