
Exciting Opportunity: Join the Digital Product Management Team Middlesex University has recently formed a new Product Management Team within our Digital and Library Services.
We are seeking to fill a range of Senior Product Specialist, Product Specialist and Product Assistants roles to help lead and support the lifecycle management of key digital products that shape the experience of our global user community. Product areas may include Customer Service (websites, CRM), Library, Education & Research, Student Journey, Enterprise Resource Planning (Finance, HR, Payroll, Estates), Business Productivity.
You will:
Lead / support the delivery and evolution of high-quality digital products
Collaborate with global users, vendors, and internal teams to drive product excellence
Translate business needs into actionable product outcomes
Configure and maintain systems, manage upgrades, and support testing
Provide support and training to staff and students
Help build a product-driven culture across the university
What we are looking for:
Proven experience managing product lifecycles, ideally in Higher Education
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and configuration skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with UX/UI
Adaptability in a fast-paced, matrix-managed environment
