Be Group is seeking Sales Executives for a national payroll and HR services provider supporting 50,000+ SMBs. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, selling payroll and workforce solutions to businesses with up to 500 employees.

Responsibilities

Prospect, build pipeline, and close new business

Partner with referral sources (CPAs, brokers, bankers, advisors)

Conduct discovery, present solutions, negotiate, and close

Build relationships with owners, CFOs, HR, and operations leaders

Training You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Payroll Territory Manager, including joint appointments during ramp-up.

Qualifications

2+ years B2B sales (payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or similar)

Proven SMB/mid-market success and quota attainment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
