About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to grow revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, while building strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and helping customers understand the value of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new ambulatory healthcare customers for our products
Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and use cases
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive growth
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in healthcare tech (HCIT), SaaS, AI or B2B software sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience selling to ambulatory specialty practices
Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot) platforms and sales methodologies
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
This role requires 50% travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology
·Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Knowledge of subscription-based pricing models
