Your Impact
Develop and execute a 12-month and 2–3 year marketing strategy
Develop and coach marketing leaders at each store
Execute campaigns, activations, and community partnerships
Use data and performance metrics to guide decisions
Strengthen the “Raving Fan” experience at every touchpoint
Align marketing strategy with operational goals and growth plans
Experience leading and developing high-performance teams
Deep understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and culture
Data-driven thinker who can articulate strategy clearly
