What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Identify customer needs and utilize solution‑based selling to propose T‑Mobile’s offerings
Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets
Develop skills in relationship management and participate in product training
Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned geographic territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Outside B2B sales experience
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment requiring multi‑tasking
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience delivering superior customer service with attention to detail
Proven skills in negotiation and closing deals
Familiarity with sales force automation tools and sales funnel management
