Your role We are looking for an
Assistant Key Account Manager
who will play a key role in driving business growth through effective account management, strategic planning, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Main responsibilities
Independently manage and develop key wholesale accounts, including major retail chains and online platforms, to build sustainable business partnerships.
Proactively formulate sales strategies and achieve sales targets through data analysis and market insights.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to deliver professional product presentations and tailored promotional solutions to clients.
Prepare sales analyses, forecasts, and market reports on category trends and competitor movements.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth operations and services.
Conduct regular store visits and merchandising checks to monitor product performance and gather frontline feedback.
Support ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
Main requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines.
At least 3 years relevant work experience; experience in international companies focusing on eyewear, fashion accessories, and consumer goods is highly preferred.
Experience in customer service and sales administration is an advantage.
Well organized, attention to detail, with good analytical skill and strong numerical sense.
Proactive, multi‑tasking and able to work under pressure.
Outgoing person and a good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive.
