Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.
Conduct in person consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain long term relationships
Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Requirements

Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain)
