Construction Sales Talent is recruiting a Territory Sales Representative on behalf of a fast-growing North American safety solutions manufacturer expanding aggressively across the U.S.
This is not an inside sales position. It’s a field-driven, technical sales role where your work directly contributes to safer workplaces while generating meaningful revenue you can proudly put your name on in and out of the office.
You’ll run your territory like a business, backed by engineering and project teams, while helping customers create environments where people go home safe every day.

Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline
Developing business from inbound opportunities and self-generated outreach
Conducting on-site facility assessments
Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver compliant safety solutions
Engaging safety leaders, operations teams, procurement, and executives
Managing consultative sales cycles
Forecasting opportunities through CRMRepresenting the organization at industry events when needed
Consistently achieving revenue and margin targets

What we look for:
5+ years in industrial, construction, or technical consultative sales
Experience selling customized or complex solutionsComfort reviewing drawings or technical documentation
Strong communication and territory management skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Proven performance in industrial or commercial environments
Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops during site assessments
Nice to have (not required)
Engineering or technical education
Safety, OSHA, ANSI, or EHS familiarity
CSP or ASP credentials
