You’ll work within your territory under the guidance of our Sales Training & Development Manager, gaining real‑world experience, visit various customers, and build skills that set you up for success and advancement in the organization.

Responsibilities
Learn by doing: Complete our training program and shadow our experienced Bandsaw Specialists who will mentor you to help you grow your skills in the bandsaw industry
Get in the action: Engage in customer calls, visit accounts, and experience the full-scope sales process
Grow your network: Learn how to identify new account opportunities, engage with customers to identify needs, and strengthen existing relationships
Hands‑on experience: Participate in product field testing and dive into the technical side of our industry
As an active part of the team: You will engage in additional projects and tasks as business needs arise
Qualifications
High School Diploma - required
Associate’s degree or technical diploma - preferred (bonus points for trade experience!)
Naturally curious, self‑motivated, and quick to adapt in a fast‑paced and challenging environment
Strong technical aptitude with analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Great communicator who demonstrates active listening skills and leverages insights to develop effective solutions
Organized multitasker who thrives under deadlines and delivers uncompromised quality
Tenacity to drive results, achieve and/or exceed established goals
Ready to travel within your territory (up to 50%)
While in the trainee role the associate may participate in an additional 25% travel outside assigned territory

This position has an average expected salary range of $55,000-$65,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
