
Part‑Time, Project‑Based Jr. Account Coordinator
Location: Long Beach, CA (In Office)
Schedule: 20+ hours/week | Flexible | 3–4 days/week (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Pay range: $23–$25/hr. DOE
We’re an experiential marketing agency looking for a Part‑Time, Project‑Based Jr. Account Coordinator to support one of our Account Managers on live programs and activations. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. As a Jr. Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping bring campaigns to life by supporting day‑to‑day coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks across multiple projects.
What You’ll Do
Support Account Managers with day-to-day program execution
Assist with event staff coordination, scheduling, and training support
Help track budgets, invoices, and expenses
Support travel arrangements for staff and internal teams
Prepare logistics documents, schedules, and run‑of‑shows
Assist with inventory tracking, shipping, and asset management
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Staffing, Production, Finance)
Maintain organized records, trackers, and project documentation
Handling administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documents
Proactive, reliable, and willing to jump where needed
Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, agency, or coordination is a plus (but not required)
