What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
Restock merchandise by replenishing supplies on shelves
Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
Cross-train in various store departments to enhance customer service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for data input and modification
At least 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
Capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse customers
Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical)
