Position Full‑time Associate Optometrist working within a LensCrafters subleasing practice.

Role Summary An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. The associate will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The practice operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor provides optometric care. Terms of the agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the associate and the subleasing doctor.

Compensation & Rewards Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
