Salary

$65,000–$70,000 base salary + uncapped residual commission. First-year OTE $120k-$30k+ with top performers earning $300k–$400k. Mileage reimbursement, health benefits, 401(k), PTO.

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a high-opportunity trailer leasing territory in the Memphis market. This is a field-based B2B sales role ideal for a motivated, self-driven professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and owning a defined territory.

This role focuses on selling long-term equipment lease agreements to distribution centers, carriers, and logistics operations. Success comes from strong prospecting, relationship development, and territory management.

Job Responsibilities

Prospect new accounts through onsite visits and cold outreach

Meet with operations managers and logistics leaders

Present long-term leasing solutions and pricing

Negotiate multi-year agreements

Renew and expand existing accounts

Coordinate deliveries and service with internal teams

Maintain strong territory presence within a 3-hour radius

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales or territory management experience

Comfortable with frequent field travel and occasional overnights

Strong self-starter with hunter mentality

Experience selling to industrial, logistics, or operations-driven customers preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
