WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven, verifiable track record in automotive sales management

Strong experience structuring and closing subprime/special finance deals

High energy and hands-on with customers

Willing to work deals from start to finish

Not afraid to get involved and CLOSE after the first pencil

Comfortable on the phone – making calls, following up, and working leads

A leader who sets the pace and holds the team accountable

Aggressive, organized, and relentless about winning

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Income potential: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year

(based on performance)

Monthly volume and performance bonuses
