WhatYou’llAchieve: Your impact at Bee Line
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing trustedpartnershipsand ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
You’ll proactivelymonitorservice quality, conduct site visits, and work closely with operations teams to ensure contract expectations are met or exceeded.
Resolve issues with urgency and care.
When challenges arise,you’lllead with empathy and accountability — coordinating solutions quickly and following through until clients are satisfied.
Drive client retention and growth.
You’ll support renewals,identifyopportunities foradditionalservices, and help expand existing accounts through strong relationships and service excellence.
Be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams.
You’ll translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service.
Provide insight and visibility to leadership.
You’ll track client feedback, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights with the Client Success Director to continuously improve the client experience.
WhatWe’reLooking For
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, or relationship management
Proven ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships
Experience working in a service-based, or facilitiesmanagementpreferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
