Dayshift weekday & weekend hours

Responsibilities Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in‑home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

Qualifications

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers

Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus

Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shiftReliable transportation to/from assigned store

Minimum age: 18 years

Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)

Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand

Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
