
Due to our continued growth, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for our Coated Products Operations, located in Green Bay, WI.
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Representatives and partnering with internal teams—including Scheduling, Procurement, Technical, and Shipping—to ensure customers receive exceptional service at every stage of the order process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary customer contact for order placement, pricing, delivery timelines, and technical recommendations
Manage multiple customer accounts by processing, tracking, and expediting orders
Maintain accurate and detailed account specifications for each customer
Address customer complaints, quality concerns, and service issues with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate and oversee preslit and blanket programs
Partner with Shipping and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Support Secondary Market activities as needed
Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Collaborate with teammates and assist when needed
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree required
Inside sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong proficiency with computer systems and technology
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Positive, solutions focused attitude when navigating challenges
Self‑motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
The Coated Products facility in Green Bay completed a major expansion, making this plant a state‑of‑the‑art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of this plant, and includes a new building, Coater, Slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
