Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. The Account Manager will manage relationships with clients, oversee their accounts, and ensure healthcare billing and revenue cycle management processes are accurately executed. Duties include monitoring account performance, preparing financial reports, resolving client inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high-quality services. Regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and align services to their goals is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, and CPT coding
Experience with compliance, audits, A/R recovery, and collections processes
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Proficient in data analysis, financial reporting, and tracking key performance indicators
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of medical and dental practice operations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience working in the healthcare industry is advantageous
