SKA Design is currently looking for a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to work in conjunction with our internal team and client to bring wayfinding signage and environmental graphics projects to completion. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be organized and is responsible for the programming, organization, setup, and modification of office projects in the Adobe Creative Suite environments. Candidate must have strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to read and comprehend architectural plans, shop drawings and various construction schedules. We are looking for a team player who can assist in all phases of the project design process with an emphasis on project coordination. The candidate should also be proficient in producing scaled drawing packages and providing construction administration services that are inclusive of site visits, site surveys and final inspections of projects. Please note that some traveling will be required. Qualifications
At least 5–9 years of experience working in the environmental graphic design field Excellent native-equivalent English language skills Minimum of a B.A. or equivalent college degree in graphic design, architecture, or another related field Knowledge of code requirements including CBC, ADA & HCAI is a plus Software Programs Desired
Adobe Illustrator CAD Tools Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop FileMaker Pro Sign Agent Pro SketchUp Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit Firm Information
