Our team partners with a broad network of debt and equity investors to fund transactions across diverse industries. Position Summary As a Capital Markets Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with prospective investors. Your primary objectives will be to set qualified appointments and secure investment commitments through proactive outreach by phone and email. In this role, you will regularly track and record your efforts using our CRM system. You will receive compensation for every appointment set and earn additional performance-based incentives upon securing debt or equity commitments.

Responsibilities Investor Outreach & Relationship Building

Proactively conduct outbound phone calls and send targeted emails to potential and existing investors.

Articulate our firm’s investment strategy, highlighting the value proposition of partnering with our independent sponsor platform.

Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our investment opportunities.

Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified investors, aiming to exceed daily and weekly appointment‑setting goals.

CRM Management & Data Tracking

Utilize CRM software to document all investor interactions, maintain organized records, and update contact details.

Track outcomes of calls and emails, ensuring follow‑up actions are properly assigned and completed.

Work closely with internal teams (including senior leadership and deal teams) to coordinate investor presentations and follow‑ups.

Share feedback from investor discussions to help refine the firm’s outreach strategies and investment approach.

Performance & Targets

Meet or surpass individual KPIs related to call volume, appointments set, and commitments obtained.

Continuously optimize outreach methods to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience in sales, fundraising, investor relations, or related roles is beneficial.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including a confident and professional phone presence.

Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with investors.

Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset capable of working independently and achieving goals.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office or Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail.

Attributes

Base Compensation Model

Success fee‑based compensation.

Additional compensation (to be determined) will be awarded when a signed debt or equity commitment is obtained.
