ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
Job Type: Part-time, direct hire
Pay: $21-23 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours shift
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Responds to patient inquiries, messages, and requests promptly, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
Schedules, confirms, and reschedules patient appointments to optimize provider time and office efficiency.
Verifies patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to scheduled appointments.
Communicates important information and messages to medical and administrative staff in a timely manner.
Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations at all times.
Requirements:
1 year experience in customer service in office setting
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability of work independently/collaboratively
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service skills
